Bernard Maillère: Epitope mapping of therapeutic Abs in healthy donors to predict immunogenicity

With the final goal to predict immunogenicity in patients treated with therapeutic antibodies, CD4 T cell response to therapeutic antibodies is investigated using cells collected in healthy donors. In the frame of ABIRISK we recently identified T cell epitopes in the therapeutic antibodies.  We propose to discuss the relevance of this approach as a tool of prediction of immunogenicity.
