Check out this dinner roll recipe that I’m demonstrating from Ali Martin’s “Gimme Some Oven” (link below) that you can tweak into a make ahead freezer dinner roll for your bulk batch baking sessions! Multiply this recipe to make bigger batches to store ahead in your freezer.

2 cups water
4 T butter
1 cup milk
4 T honey
2 T yeast
6-8 cups flour (can use a mixture of bread flour and all purpose)
2 t salt
