This is a video to guide you through the process of installing Android Nougat 6.0.1/7.0 in Xperia S/SL

For Android Nougat 7.0
Follow this link and download the ROM from the downloads section:

The procedure is same as shown in this, but the ROM and Gapps would be of Android Nougat 7.0

Supersu zip from here:download.chainfire.eu/696/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip
Commands to be entered:
adb shell
fdisk /dev/block/mmcblk0
p
d

First cylinder - You have to enter the start cylinder of partition 14 as read in partition table earlier.
Last cylinder - Here, check the end cylinder of partition 15. For Me it was 954240. Then subtract 16384 from it. So, in my case it was 954240-16384= 937856 . So I entered 937856 here.

In my case the names of ZIPS were different.
adb push name-of-ROM.zip /tmp/
adb push gapps.zip /tmp/
adb push a.zip /tmp/
