Steam Deck killed Micro SD Card via formatting error? Here's a fix to properly restore and reuse it

Faced this common issue of formatting your brand new micro SD Card via Steam Deck and later it getting stuck on "Testing" status before spitting a formatting error, hence killing the card (ie rendering it un-readable on PC or any other reader?) No need to "kill" or randomly formatting many micro SD Cards via the Steam Deck! Just get hold of any version of Nintendo Switch to revive and/or pre-format your SD card before doing it on the deck!
