[how to make]
1. Cut 500g of firm tofu into appropriate sizes.
2. Wipe off the moisture from the sliced tofu with a paper towel.
3. Cut 1/2 small green onion (30g) into small pieces.
4. Freshly cut green onion, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1/2 spoon of red pepper powder, 2 spoons of brewed soy sauce, 1 spoon of tuna liquid,
Add 2 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of starch syrup, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and 1 spoon of sesame seeds (roughly ground) and mix well to complete the seasoning.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of perilla oil to the prepared pan.
6. Place the sliced tofu on top and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
7. When the tofu is golden brown, turn off the heat and push the tofu to the edge of the pan.
8. Turn the heat to low and pour the prepared seasoning sauce into the empty space of the pan.
9. Mix tofu and seasoning sauce.
10. Mix and simmer to complete.

🌿Spoon - Based on measuring spoon (15ml). (It is almost similar to a regular rice spoon.)
🌿Teaspoon – Based on measuring teaspoon (5ml).
🌿Cup - Based on measuring cup (200ml). (The measuring cup and paper cup are the same 200ml.)
