Happy legs day!! Let's enjoy this 20-minute workout together.

We are kicking this workout up a notch with the weighted bar that adds some resistance to all our exercises and really helps strengthen, tone, and stabilize our muscles. We fill focus on the legs, glutes, and core.

Each exercise is 45 seconds with 15-20 second breaks. We will go through 2 rounds of the exercises for 20 minutes.
