pork ribs 800g
non-sweet bread kvass 800 ml
peeled onion 300g
peeled garlic 15g
rye bread 100g
sunflower oil 20 ml
salt 5 g
ground black pepper 1 g
flour 10g
butter 10 g
assorted seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, white sesame, black sesame) 10g
bay leaf 2 g
BBQ spice (ground paprika, chopped paprika, grain mustard, dried herbs) 10g
