The Navarrese town of Torres
The Navarrese town of Torres del Río has a great wealth of olive groves that, since ancient times, have provided work and oil for all its inhabitants. The “San Isidro” cooperative press in Torres del Río has always produced a pure oil, one hundred percent natural, as the members use it for their own consumption, thus maintaining a custom that has its roots in the traditional economy of this town. In 2006 they showed us the complete process.
