As referenced in the video, questions to ask your interviewer:

Point of Contact - BEFORE THE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS - This will be your Recruiter, HR Rep, or in some cases the Hiring Manager:

About the Position:
Why is the position open?
How long has the position been open?
How many people are interviewing?
Why do you think my background is a good fit?

Logistics (Broad Overview):
I see the position is located here, would it be possible to work out of another location/work remote?
Does the job require travel?
What is the salary range?
What are the specific benefits you offer including, but not limited to vacation/PTO, holidays, sick time, health, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, free food, free gym, etc.?

Logistics (Specific):
Is there anything I need to know about the office location, is it tough to find, hard to park, do I have to pay to park, etc.?
If I bring a water bottle, do you have water fountains or a way to refill it?
Will I be provide lunch, etc.?

Process:
What is the process/what are the specific steps?
How long is the process?
What are the stages?
Who is the final decision maker?
Are there any additional steps I should be aware of like a Hiring Committee, Executive Review, etc.
How often will I hear back from you?
Will you be letting me know if you are out on vacation? - This one is important because there is nothing worse than getting an out of office response with no backup contact when you are waiting to hear back after interviewing or at any step in the process.

Interview:
How many interviews will be conducted?
How long is each interview?
Can I get the names of the interviewers so I can look them up on LinkedIn?
Can you share more details about the personality types of the interviewers?
Can you share the focus area of each interview?
Can you share the types of questions that might be asked like this interview will be behavioral versus this one will be open-ended, etc.?
Are any of the interviews informal, such as lunch, coffee, etc.?

Lastly:
Any questions that I did not ask that are important for me to know?  Questions you typically hear from other candidates?
