Pickled Banana Peppers:

Wash and slice if desired:
2lbs peppers
(8-10 cups)

Make your brine:
2 cup water
3 cups vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
4 tsp canning salt
Or 2TBSP kosher
Bring to a boil then turn off and let cool to room temperature.

Add in each jar:
1 tsp  mustard seed
1 Clove garlic

Pack Jars full using pickle packer or wooden spoon.

Wipe rim of jars with vinegar to clean from debris

Process in water bath canner for 10 min plus any additional time needed for your altitude.
