Butterscotch is the king of
Butterscotch is the king of flavours. Only the name looks complicated. When you melt sugar it becomes caramel. When you add butter to caramel it becomes butterscotch. If you add chopped dry nuts to it, it will become praline. If you add milk or cream then it becomes butterscotch sauce.
