ingredients:
2 cups Elbows macaroni
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup whole milk
2 small eggs or 1 large egg
4 tbsp butter
4 cups Anchor cheese
2 tbsp diced chili pepper (optional )
3 cloves grated garlic
2 stalks Chopped scallions
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
2 tsp bouillon or 2 cubes
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 to 2 cups cheese for topping
