1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp mustard
Finely chopped green onions
Finely chopped red sweet peppers
3 cups gouda cheese

pastry dough

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter flavor shortening
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup water or more if needed
