Here's a great lower body workout for goalies taken right from our Engineered Shutouts goalie training program!

A: Close stance low box squat – 4 x 2 (first two sets 70-80% effort, last two sets 90%+) with 2 mins rest

B: DB lunge with front foot elevated – 4 x 8/side with 90 secs rest

C1: Rope pull through with 1sec isometric in the extended position – 4 x 10 with 75 secs rest

C2: Side plank lifts – 4 x 10 per side with 75 secs rest
