Sweet-Heat Pineapple salsa:
1 1/2 cups, diced pineapple
1 jalapeño, seeds removed & diced
4 Tbsp, chopped cilantro
1/2 lime, squeezed
Salt and pepper to taste

Spicy Guac:
3 ripened avocado
1/4 cup, minced red onion
1/4 cup, diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp, cilantro
1/2 lime, squeezed
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 Tsp, chili flakes


GREEN WELLNESS DETOX SHOTS:
3 CUPS, SPINACH
2 APPLES
1 CUCUMBER
1/2” GINGER


ORANGE ENERGIZER DETOX JUICE:
5 CARROTS
7 ORANGES
4 APPLES
1” GINGER

HONEY DEW FRUIT DRINK:
1 LARGE HONEY DEW

HONEY-JERK SALMON POWER BOWL:
BELLY OF SALMON, CUBED
2-3 TBSP JERK SAUCE
1 TSP CHILI POWDER
2 TSPS ONION POWDER
2 TSPS OLIVE OIL

HONEY-JERK GLAZE:
1/3 CUP, JERK SAUCE(DILUTED WITH WATER)
2 TSP HOT SAUCE
1 1/2 TSPS LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE
3 TBSP HONEY

MANGO SALSA:
2 RIPEN MANGOS
1/2 RED ONION, DICED
1 JALEPENO, MINCED
3 TBSP, CILANTRO
1/2 LIME, SQUEEZED

BOWL:
2 CUPS SPINACH
1 CUP, BROWN & WILD GRAIN RICE
RIPEN AVOCADO
VEGAN FETA CRUMBLE
SPRINKLE OF CHILI FLAKES


JERK SHRIMP POWERL BOWL:
1/2 LB LARGE SHRIMP, DEVEINED AND PEELED
8 CUPS, MIXED GREENS
1 CUP, ROASTED CORN
1/2 CUP, PICO DE GALLO
1 CUP, GRAINS - BROWN RICE
