~ cream 33% 150 ml
~ butter 50 g
~ salt 1/2 tsp
~ vanillin
COOKING
Add sugar and water to the pan with a thick bottom.
Cook over medium heat. DON'T MIX! Because they can form lumps of sugar crystals. You can twist the pan a little to completely dissolve the sugar crystals.
The longer you cook, the richer the color and the taste of caramel will be pronounced.
In parallel, heat the cream, stirring occasionally. They should be hot, but not boil.
As soon as the syrup becomes amber, remove from the stove, pour in the hot cream in parts, mix and return to the stove, bring to a boil. Add salt, vanillin, butter and mix.
Pour into a glass jar, cool and store in the refrigerator. During storage, it becomes a little thicker, not so viscous.
If necessary, warm up in the microwave or in a water bath.
The taste of sauce is awesome, creamy caramel. You can pour cheesecake, pancakes, ice cream, and so on with this sauce.
