Homemade Garam Masala Recipe / How to make Garam Masala Powder

Garam Masala commonly used in Indian curries.  Personally I prefer this to be prepared at home based on my preferred spices. Its also a healthy option to prepare at home rather than store brought. Here is my Simple Version of Garam Masala

1)1tsp of Coriander Seeds
2) 1 tsp of Pepper corns
3) 1 tsp of Cloves
4) 1 tsp of cumin seeds / Jeera
5) 2 tsp of fennel seeds
6) 15 nos cardamom pods
7) 2 medium size Bay levees
8) 1 medium size of Cinnamon stick

Dry Roast all the ingredients separately on low flam for 1 minutes and grind it to a fine powder. Finally, Store it in Glass container that will help the masala shelf life and also flavour remain the same till the last spoon.
You can also sun Dry the mentioned spices for 2 days and grind it to a fine powder.
