2 tbsp green seasoning

2 tbsp oil
Few grains methi / fenugreek seeds
2 tbsp Rajapuri curry powder
1/4 tsp Rajapuri geera powder
1/2 tsp Rajapuri turmeric powder
1 small onion chopped
2 scallions / chive chopped
3 pimento peppers chopped
2 tbsp minced garlic
4 potatoes chopped in chunks
1/4 tsp Rajapuri geera powder to finish
