Tin Fish Recipe South Africa| With A Twist |Pilchards| Tin Fish and Cabbage| Easy & Affordable Meal

Today I am sharing a delicious and easy tinfish and cabbage recipe.  My Hubby introduced this recipe to me about a year ago and I fell in love with it. I cook it at least once per week now...that's how delicious it is. I am hooked. I thought I should share with you, Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 medium onion
1/4 medium pepper ( I used green peeper)
1 medium tomato
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon mixed herbs
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 beef stock cube
2 handsfull chopped cabbage
400g ( 1 large tin) pilchards
2 tablespoons soup ( I used brown onion and rich oxtail soups) , mix them with 1/4 cup cold water
Sauces ( I used BBQ sauce and Sweet chili sauce, 1 tablespoons of each)
