Hi!, Here is my current diet plan which i have been following since last 2 months for some lean and sheer muscle gain, this meal plan is budget friendly as well as really easy to prepare, the whole consist of 2800 calories, in which we have 201 gm of protein, 328 gm of carbohydrates and  88 gm of fats 💪
