How to Make Jelly Flan also called Lechetin
Jelly Ingredients:
1 pack yellow gulaman powder
1 liter water
1/2 cup sugar

Flan Ingredients:
6 eggyolks
1 can condensed milk (300ml)
1 can evaporated milk (370)
few drops of lemon or vanilla flavoring

for caramelization
2 tbsp each llanera

Yields 10 medium size llanera
