A top 15 national marathon, the CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon is held annually in November. It delivers a world-class race experience for all ages and showcases the very best of Indianapolis to Hoosiers and visitors alike. Our sponsorship complements our corporate commitment to health, wellness and the central Indiana community.
2019 was the first year that all three race distances—full marathon, half marathon and 5K— completely sold out in advance. They also set new event records with 4,900 marathon finishers and more than 16,000 overall finishers. The full marathon and half marathon saw their most competitive fields ever, with a total of 39 athletes running fast enough to qualify for the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team Trials. More than 330 CNO Financial associates, family members and friends ran or volunteered during race weekend.
