Basic step jumps with low stance
Slow and controlled one leg step jumps (L)

Lateral hops (Stand sideways and jump) (L)
Lateral hops (Stand sideways and jump) (R)
Lateral twist hop
Speed Lateral Shuffle
Toe touches using step
Decline Push up
Mountain Climbers
One leg Rocket Jumps (L)
One Leg Rocket Jumps (R)
