In today's video we invite you to share a nice fall day at home, and what better than a family barbecue?
First we enjoyed a delicious snack of sticks, green olives, cheese snails, and blue cheese with bread.
Then for the asado, we did grilled provoleta, pork chops, pancetta-wrapped sausages, and also something known as a 'Texas Twinkie' (a chicken meat roll stuffed with a green jalapeño and cheese, and wrapped in pancetta).
In this video we also share some autumn landscapes and show you some of the animals that have been visiting us in recent weeks (lots of turkeys and a few deer!).
