Cooking goulash and preserving it
Cooking goulash and preserving it for eternity is an ingenious thing. In this video I show you how I have been stocking up for years.
For dishes that take a long time to prepare, it is worth cooking larger quantities and waking them up.
The glass only has to be opened later, the contents heated up and within a few minutes you have a warm meal on your plate.
Cooking like grandma used to do is a great way to store food without electricity or a freezer.
In times of empty supermarket shelves, fear of a blackout or when keeping livestock, it makes sense to know how to stock up.
