Using ForScan to program additional
Using ForScan to program additional Keys for the 99-04 Mustang when you don't have two keys. This video will show erasing all existing keys and programming 2 new keys using the software.
I later add a 3rd key via the easier procedure outlined in the owners manual for when you already have 2 programmed keys.
You will need ForScan, with extended license and a way to interface the vehicle via OBD2 port.
