The biggest difficulty in climbing Mt. Fuji is "altitude sickness".
We also investigated the countermeasures before climbing.
I climbed while taking measures against altitude sickness.
Was it done properly?

Basically, you have to acclimatize your body to high altitudes.
・ Take a break for 30 minutes to 1 hour at the trailhead
・ Climb slowly
・ Breathe deeply and thinly
・ Take water diligently

I thought I was careful, but the symptoms of altitude sickness began to appear from around 3000m.
Fortunately, it was right in front of the accommodation "Warajikan", so I checked in to the hut for the time being.

When I told them about my symptoms, the staff at Warajikan measured the oxygen concentration in my body.
For the time being, the oxygen concentration in the body is normal.
However, I have a headache, so I think I had early symptoms.
However, I was able to get a sense of security because I was able to know that the oxygen concentration was normal.

Looking back on Mt. Fuji this time, I checked whether the measures against altitude sickness were properly taken.
I hope it will be helpful for those who are going to climb.
