This Ask Dani is a follow up to a video I posted a couple weeks back on distinguishing the difference between emotional and physiological hunger.  

The question is this:

If I am feeling hungry but am not physiologically hungry, how do I know what I'm real hungry for?  

As I explain in the video, it's not always easy to identify what we are feeling, so I have made a printable worksheet for you guys on feelings.  Just click the link below and then scroll to the bottom of the page (under the video) to find two downloadable worksheets on feeling.
