TOTALLY Simple! Today I cook homemade chicken sausage.
800 g chicken meat (300 g fillet + 500 g chicken thigh)
Clean chicken thighs, remove bones.
Cut the fillets into slices.
Cut the chicken legs into cubes.
1 tsp salt (or according to taste).
Black pepper, paprika, dried garlic and a pinch of nutmeg.
1 small clove of garlic
1 teaspoon agar-agar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise or fat cream (33-35%). You can also add nothing.
Mix very well.
It is recommended to put the meat in the fridge for 1-2 hours, but you can cook it immediately.
Put the meat in a baking bag.
Tie the edges very tightly so that the juice does not run out.
Additionally wrap the sausage in foil.
Cook for 60 minutes at 180°C.
Leave the finished sausage to cool and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
