Opening raga of a live virtual concert on 2020-29-11. Arnab Chakrabarty plays raga Bhairav, one of the most profound and difficult morning ragas of which one rarely hears a good instrumental version.

Arnab Chakrabarty plays in the Lucknow-Shahjahanpur tradition of sarod music and is currently under the tutelage of Ustad Irfan Muhammad Khan. He has also had significant instruction from the late Dr Kalyan Mukherjea and his basic training on the instrument under Pandit Buddhadev Dasgupta.
