▶ Ingredients
(Tart paper)
-Bake Cheese Tart Mold 10 pieces-80×50×20 mm / 9 cm circular cutter
-90g unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 55g of sugar
- 1g of salt
-36g of yolk
- 170g of flour
- 20g of almond powder

(Cream cheese filling)
- 250g of cream cheese (room temperature)
-35g Unsalted butter (room temperature)
-50g of sugar
-10g of corn starch
-150g of heavy cream
- 1 egg (50–55 g)
- 5g of vanilla extract
- 5g of lemon juice

-15g of yolk
15g of milk

-Oven / Convection / Smeg/ Tart 170 degrees 12 minutes /Final baking 200 degrees 9 minutes
(The specifications may vary a lot for each oven, so please check the baking color.)
