Yoga for flat feet, sort of. That’s what this Iyengar Yoga class should actually be called 😂. The practice includes flat foot exercises and tips for how to fix flat feet (strengthen your arches!), but it could also have been titled Iyengar Yoga for Knee Pain or Iyengar Yoga for Back Pain because the practice includes fundamental work with the feet and legs, which is crucial for stabilizing these other, related joints.

The practice includes a quintessentially Iyengar Yoga exploration of Tadasana, Mountain Pose. I hope you enjoy it!
