cant go wrong #fresh lemons. home made lemon spread, butter or curd. really cheap and easy to make so so yummy. makes 4 jars. recipe below
6 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
2 table sp grated lemon rind
1 cup lemon juice
120g butter chopped
store in the fridge lasts approx 1 month
