The Speedgoat returns and it’s
The Speedgoat returns and it’s been significantly overhauled. This is basically a new shoe from outsole to laces, lighter with more traction than the Speedgoat 4. Hoka describes this as a workhorse designed for technical trails. I took it fresh out of the box for a 3-hour, 17 mile run to find out if HOKA has produced a winning ultra trail shoe.
