It's nearly time for my
It's nearly time for my first Comrades Marathon Up Run and that means I've finally finished kit pratting and procrastinating. And that means I can now share the list of gear I'll be using to get me round. From the running shoes, to the anti-chafe, via my fuelling and hydration and how I aim to prevent blisters, here's my Comrades Marathon 2024 Kit list.

3:53 – Kit list: Anti-chafe, foot protection, suncream
6:13 – Fuel & Hydration
8:31 – The Running Shoes
It's late the night before race day and we start at 5.30am in the morning so I'll add the kit list in the coming days when I have more time.
