How to Make Lemon Blueberry Cake in a Mug | Moist Eggless Blueberry Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

For cake:
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp blueberries

For icing:
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Microwave 1 minute and 10 seconds
(1000 watt microwave used)
