Tandoori Aloo Recipe
Ingredients for Mayo Chili Sauce:
Mayo 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cream 1/4 cup
Siracha sauce 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Masala Preparation:
Yogurt 1 cup
Gram Flour 1/4 cup
Oregano 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Ingredients for Tandoori Aloo:
Potatoes (Boiled and Peeled) 1 kg
Capsicum (Cube cut) 1 cup
Onion (Cube cut) 1 cup
Tomatoes (Cube cut) 1 cup
Oil (for cooking) 1 tbsp
Coal (for smoke)

Directions for Mayo Chili Sauce:
In a bowl add Mayo, siracha sauce, lime juice, chili powder, salt and cream. Mix well, your sauce is ready and set aside.
Directions for Masala Preparation:
Now, in a bowl add yogurt, gram flour, oregano, oil, black pepper, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika powder and salt. Mix it well and Masala is ready.
Directions for Tandoori Aloo:
Now in a pot, add water and potatoes and boil them until they are 80% done. Now peel off and cut them into two halves.
Now in a bowl add the cut potatoes, then add capsicum, tomatoes and onion and mix well.
Now give the smoke flavor and cover it for 1 min, then remove it.
Now on a wooden skewer add veggies plus potatoes in sequence.
Heat oil on a pan, cook it until potatoes and veggies turn golden in color and each side is cooked properly.
Now drizzle the prepared sauce and serve hot.
Preparation Time: 10-15 mins
Cooking Time: 25-30 mins
Serving: 3-4
