Today a last minute "vagabond"
Today a last minute "vagabond" Focaccia, one of those that are prepared and baked, without waiting for leavening! Calling it focaccia is risky but it's just to give you an idea!
It's really easy and very fast, in 5 minutes of preparation plus the oven you will bring a good dinner to the table perhaps accompanied by a salad!
I have to admit I don't really like instant yeast but sometimes I use it out of need, it saves my dinner!
🌡️ In the oven for about 25 - 30 minutes at 180° Static - 175° Ventilated
📝 INGREDIENTS:
300 g flour 0 (or 00)
220 g Water (room temperature)
40 ml Extra virgin olive oil
salt
1 sachet Instant baking powder for savory pies
200 g cooked ham
100 g Provola or Caciocavallo
Almonds
