⏱️ 1st LIEVITATION for about 3-4 hours
      2nd RISING after giving it the shape for about 1 hour

🌡 In the oven for about 25-30 minutes
180° Static 175° Ventilated

📝Ingredients: MOLD about 40X30 CM (the oven tray is fine too)
300 g Flour 0
120 g Water
8 g fresh brewer's yeast (3 dry)
1 egg
30 g Seed oil
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Sugar
200 g Cooked ham (in 1 slice only)
200 g Provola (Caciocavallo)
80 g Spinach (already boiled and squeezed)
200 g Cottage cheese
Salt and pepper
1 egg for brushing
