Matar Paratha Ingredients (मटर पराठा सामग्री )
For stuffing (स्टफिंग के लिए )
(1) 1/2 cup green peas (2) 1 tbsp coconut oil or any other cooking oil (3) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (4) 1/2 tsp fennel seeds (5) 3-4 green chillies  (6) 1/8 tsp asafoetida (7) Half onion (8) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste (9) 1/3 tsp garam masala (10) Salt to taste (11) 1/3 cup green onion (12  ) Juice of half lemon (13) 1 teaspoon coriander leaves

(१) १/२ कप हरा मटर (२) १ बड़ा चम्मच नारियल तेल या कोई दुसरा कूकिंग तेल (३) १/२ छोटी चम्मच जीरा  (४) १/२  छोटी चम्मच सौंफ (५) ३-४ हरी मिर्च (६)  १/८ छोटी चम्मच हींग (७) आधा प्याज (८) १ छोटी चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट (९) १/३ छोटी चम्मच गरम मसाला (१०) नमक स्वादानुसार (११) १/३ कप हरा प्याज (१२) आधा नींबू का रस (१३) १ चम्मच धनिया पत्ती

For dough (आटा के लिए)
(1) 1 cup flour (2) 1/2 tsp celery seeds (3) 1/3 tsp salt or as per taste (4) 1/2 tsp oil or ghee (5) Oil or ghee for frying the paratha.

(१) १ कप आटा (२) १/२ छोटी चम्मच अजवाइन (३) १/३ छोटी चम्मच नमक या स्वादानुसार (४) १/२ छोटी चम्मच तेल या घी (५) तेल या घी पराठा सेकने के लिए।
