Legs workout using your suspension trainer and weight plate, this killer complete lower body workout is high intensity strength training program burning around 630 calories.  The workout uses Bow500 suspension training system however it is perfectly compatible with TRX & RIP60 suspension training systems too.  Other than that all you need is a weight plate to superset and complete the workout at home or in the gym.
