Ingredients:

1kg skinless chicken
½ cup plain yoghurt
1 ½ tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander seeds
2 kashmiri chillis -- 6 for hot
2 green cardamom pods
1cm cinnamon
2 cloves
¼ tsp black peppercorns
1 tbs white vinegar
½ tsp tandoori color (don't use red food coloring instead)
2 tsp paprika
3 cloves garlic
2 inch's ginger
Juice of 1 lemon
