Mutton Pulao is a very simple yet tasty recipe in which mutton is cooked first and then again cooked along with rice to give a great taste and aroma to the rice along with mutton pieces

METHOD

1.In a vessel heat oil - 2 tablespoon
Clarified butter - 1 tablespoon

2.When it get's heated add
Cloves - 4
Cardamom - 3
Cinnamom sticks - 3
Saute

3.Then add finely sliced onions - 2 medium sized and saute till brown

4.Add Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon and saute

5.Then we need to add mutton which was marinated for 30 minutes to an hour
For marination we need
Mutton - 1/2 kilo
Yogurt - 100 gram
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Salt
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

6.After adding marinated mutton saute it well.then add a glass of water water and cook till mutton gets 90% tender

7.Then add few mint and coriander leaves, green chilies - 5
Saute well

8. Add water - 6 1/2 glasses and salt, when this comes to boil then add basmati rice - 500 grams which was soaked in water for 1 hour

9.Let it cook under high flame till rice gets cooked completely ,then leave it for dum under low flame for 5 minutes

10.Serve hot with raita
