AF2028-80 Closed Loop Stepper Motor upgrade: Y-Axis/Rotary

Here I have detailed the upgrade of my OMTech AF2028-80 Laser; including upgrading the Y-Axis Motor/driver to a closed loop motor as well as repurposing the existing driver to control my rotary. this along with the installation of a select switch to select between the Y-Axis Driver and the Rotary Driver. Finally, the expansion of the Alarm detect circuit to include both X and Y closed loop drivers.
