Another practical time saving Ramadan Tips that's gonna be very useful during Ramadan and even on regular days.

Omelet Masala Mix:
4 tbsp - Black pepper powder | काली मिर्च पाउडर
4 tbsp - Red chilli flakes | सूखी लाल मिर्च के फ्लैकस्
4 tbsp - Roasted cumin powder | भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर
4 tbsp - Salt (as required) | नमक
Chickpeas:
500gms - White Chickpeas | सफेद चने
500gms - Black Chickpeas | काला चना
Fried Onions | बिरिस्ता:
2 kgs - Onions | प्याज
Salt (a pinch) | नमक
Pakora Mix:
1 ½ kg - Besan | बेसन
3 tbsp - Turmeric | हल्दी
3 tbsp - Roasted cumin powder | भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर
6 tbsp - Red chilli powder | लाल मिर्च पाउडर
3 tbsp - Chilli flakes | सूखी लाल मिर्च के फ्लैकस्
1 tbsp - Asafetida | हींग
1 tbsp - Carom seeds | अजवाइन
6 tbsp – Salt (as required) | नमक
Green Chilli Paste:
250gms- Green chillies | हरी मिर्च
½ - Lemon | नींबू
1 tsp – Salt(as required) | नमक
2 tbsp - Oil | तेल
