This is why I created this class with your immune system in mind! This gentle 18-minute yoga flow uses twists and spinal flexes to activate the lymphatic system, which is great for immunity boosting. This routine also stretches the lower back, shoulders, and neck for a deep, juicy full-body stretch – all while providing blood flow to the lungs!
