Pie Crumb
110g Plain Flour
Pinch Sea Salt
10g Caster Sugar
10g Demerara Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
60g Melted Butter

Cream Cheese Icing
125g Soft Butter
¼ tsp Salt
200g Cream Cheese (at room temp)
700g Icing Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
