How to build a MINI HF Loading Coil. NO Tuner all bands with a few Hamsticks or 17' Telescopic Whip

LETS MAKE A COIL!

 All the materials were purchased locally at my electronics, Hardware and truck parts stores.  The perfect DIY

 Super easy and fun to build, this little guy will get you on bands your current antennas wont touch.  Simply move the magnetic pickup to get your SWR in a happy place and start yapping!  The great thing is you DO NOT NEED A TUNER!   Save your money and build something to be proud of and show it off to all the nerds in your life. Budget antenna accessory perfect for POTA.
 
 It’s like a sporty 40 Wolf river air wound super duper magnetic hustler HOA kind of deal.  

Specs:
40 turns
1.25” Diameter
4.5” length
=12.3 Microhenries

Parts list.  
Fasteners can be stainless or plain steel.  
1- 3/8 UNF Coupling nut
2- 3/8 UNF Nuts
2 - 3/8 UNF 1 1/4” bolts
4-3/8 washers

7” Sch 40 PVC pipe
2- 1” pvc caps
PVC glue and primer

2 part fast setting epoxy
18” flexible grommet  (search amazon)
21’ Galvanized steel wire 18 gauge
18” 14 to 18 gauge wire for pickup
Magnet picture hanger or alligator clip 50LBS Strong Magnetic Hooks Heavy Duty, Magnets with Swivel Carabiner Hooks, Magnetic Hooks for Hanging, Refrigerator Magnet Hooks-4Pack https://a.co/d/ipXbYQB

2- 3/8 crimp ring terminals

UPDATE!!   Instead of flexible grommet LEGO plate 1x** can be used to space the wires.
