Here's a quick 6-minute vid showing how I pack guitars and how I've been doing it for my business for almost 15 years now. Don't skimp on materials. Get good thick bubble wrap and a good strong box. And ALWAYS get insurance for the package.

Saving a few bucks is not worth it when compared to what happens when you have a beautiful guitar destroyed. And the insurance is a must because I've done amazing packing jobs and still had FedEx roll over a box with a forklift...you never know what they'll do!
