銀鱈魚 250克

調味料:
       西京味噌  1.5湯匙
  味醂 1湯匙
  料理酒 1湯匙
  砂糖  1茶匙
  日本醬油 1茶匙 (如喜歡濃味,可隨意加入)


小貼士:

  1)視魚肉厚度,加減烤焗的時間
  2)有剩的醃料可密封起來放雪櫃,留下次再用.
  3)煎也可以,但要小心焦

250 grams black Cod

Marination:
1.5 tbsp Saikyo Miso
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tablespoon Sake
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Japanese soy sauce (personal preference)

Tips
Please adjust the grilling time according to the thickness of the cut.
May make use of the marination for the second time.
Pan-frying is also fine, but beware of charcoal-burning the cod.
